This is the exciting part — when everything starts to come together. I’ve designed a personalised experience to take the guesswork out of planning, so on your wedding day, you can simply relax, be yourself, and fully enjoy each moment as it unfolds.
Planning your day should feel exciting—not overwhelming. That’s why we’ve rounded up some of our absolute favourite wedding vendors to help make the process easier. These are the florists, makeup artists, stylists, and creatives we’ve worked with (and trust!) to bring magic to your day.
We recommend them not just because they’re amazing at what they do—but because they genuinely care. And that matters.

For your international wedding, we always arrive at least 5 days before your big day. This gives us time to adjust to the time zone, meet with you in person, and handle any unexpected travel delays. It’s all part of making sure we’re fully present and ready to capture your day at our best.
The getting ready part of your day sets the tone. Choose a clean, well-lit space with plenty of natural light. Have your dress, accessories, and details ready before your photographer arrives. Keep clutter to a minimum, stick to the timeline, and allow extra time so you’re not rushed. Wear something easy to change out of, and have your key people nearby. Simple, organised, and stress-free.
We’ll help organise this part so it runs smoothly and quickly. Before the day, we’ll ask you for a list of must-have family groupings—keep it simple and focused so we’re not rushed. Let your family know where to be and when, and assign a helper (someone who knows most people) to round everyone up. This keeps things moving so you can get to the fun part sooner.
Partner 1 + Partner 2 + Full Extended Family (grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins)
Partner 1 + Partner 2 + Immediate Family (parents, siblings, siblings' partners/kids)

AND THEN WE DO IT AGAIN WITH PARTNER 2
When planning your wedding day, don’t overlook the small details—they help tell the full story. Think about your invitation suite, perfume bottle, rings, vow books, heirlooms, and anything personal or meaningful to you. Having these items gathered and ready in one spot when we arrive means we can start capturing those intentional touches straight away, without interrupting your prep time.
Your wedding day typically starts with photography coverage around 11:30 AM, capturing all the details—like your dress, rings, invitations, and the energy of getting ready. Around 1:00 PM, we move into the final prep and portraits, including solo shots and candid moments with close family or your wedding party. By 2:30 PM, everyone is traveling to the ceremony location, where we also photograph the setup and guests arriving. The ceremony usually begins at 3:30 PM, and we capture all the key moments, emotions, and reactions as they happen. Once it wraps up around 4:00 PM, there’s time for congratulations, followed by a list-based run-through of family photos. At 4:45 PM, we move into wedding party and couple portraits—usually relaxed, fun, and full of genuine connection. By 6:00 PM, the reception kicks off with dinner and speeches. If the light is great, we may sneak out for 10 minutes of sunset portraits at 7:30 PM. The evening continues with formalities like your first dance and cake cutting, then open dance floor fun until coverage ends around 9:30 PM.
